Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Mindframe Studio. By connecting your TikTok account you agree to them.
1. The service
Mindframe Studio generates short vertical videos — script, narration, visuals and music — and publishes them to the TikTok account you have connected, using TikTok's official Content Posting API. It also accepts videos you upload yourself and publishes them through the same flow.
2. Your account and your content
- You keep ownership of the videos you create with the service.
- You are responsible for what you choose to publish and for making sure it complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable law.
- You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to any video you upload.
- Nothing is published without an action by you.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Mindframe Studio to produce or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
4. Rights in generated material
- Imagery is sourced from public-domain and CC0 collections.
- Background music is composed by the application; no third-party recordings are used.
- Where a quotation appears, the author is named on screen.
5. TikTok's rules
Use of the service is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Publishing happens only through the official API and only with the permissions you granted.
6. Disconnecting
You may revoke Mindframe Studio's access at any time — from the Disconnect button in Studio or from Security and permissions in the TikTok app. Once revoked, the service can no longer publish on your behalf and stored tokens are deleted.
7. Price
Mindframe Studio is currently free to use. If charges are introduced, they will be published on the Pricing page and announced before they apply. You will not be charged without agreeing first.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from interruptions, delays or generation errors.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published at this address.
